These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ACCENT STUDIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Administrator”) and any person who uses the website www.accentstudio.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The website provides information and the following key creative services, as well as related activities:
Photography and Videography
Professional photography and video coverage of private and corporate celebrations, weddings, events and individual photo sessions.
Model Casting
Recruitment, professional selection and promotion of models and photo models for projects and advertising.
Portfolio Creation
Photography, high-quality processing and creation of professional portfolios (Model Books) for models and creatives.
MODEL REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION / PORTFOLIO CREATION
- Every User who applies as a model/photo model or requests portfolio creation guarantees that the data provided (name, age, measurements, contact details, photos) are fully accurate and up to date.
- For minors (under 18 years of age) applications and the conclusion of contracts are carried out entirely with the consent and confirmation of a parent or legal guardian.
- Submitting an application/inquiry through the website does not automatically guarantee approval for signing a representation agreement or subsequent professional engagement.
WEBSITE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Administrator has the right to:
- • Change the content, structure and functionality of the Site at any time without prior notice.
- • Refuse to provide a service or review an application if it contains false, offensive or unlawful information.
- • Promote the profiles/portfolios of approved models to third parties (clients, advertisers, fashion brands) in accordance with the agreed terms.
- • Place a watermark or logo on photo and video materials published on the site.
The Administrator undertakes to:
- • Provide photography and video services in accordance with the agreed quality, deadlines and technical specifications in the individual contract.
- • Process Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable law (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy.
- • Not provide models’ personal data and contact information to third parties without their explicit prior consent.
USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The User has the right to:
- Comment on site content and send inquiries about prices, packages and dates for weddings and events.
- Submit an application to become a model or to have a professional portfolio created.
- Receive the captured photo/video materials within the agreed deadlines and technical format.
The User undertakes to:
- Not use site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Not provide third-party photos, personal data or materials without the necessary copyright permissions.
- When covering events/weddings, provide the team with the necessary access and working conditions.
- Maintain proper conduct and not distribute malware, spam or offensive content.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, videos, texts, graphics, logos and the overall design of the site are protected by copyright under the Copyright and Related Rights Act (Bulgarian law) and belong to the Administrator (or are used under license/with consent).
Copyright in wedding photography and portfolios:
Copyright in all photographs and videos created belongs to the photographer/videographer. The Client receives the right of personal use. The Administrator’s use of the materials for promotional purposes is governed by an individual service agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Administrator makes every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but is not liable for unforeseen technical errors or interruptions in access.
The Administrator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure during a shoot (natural disasters, accidents, sudden bans on filming at the location).
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
1 What personal data we collect and how we use it
A) Model / portfolio applications
- Identification: First name, last name, age/date of birth, gender.
- Measurements & Parameters: Height, weight, measurements (chest, waist, hips), clothing/shoe size, eye/hair color.
- Visual Materials: Photos (polaroids, portraits, full-length), video applications.
- Contact Details: Phone, email, city, social networks (Instagram, Facebook).
- Guardian Information: Parent’s name and contact details for minors.
Purpose: Application assessment, casting selection, portfolio creation and presentation to fashion brands.
B) Photography/video inquiries
- Identification: First and last name.
- Contact Details: Email address, phone number.
- Event Details: Date, location, number of guests, specific requirements.
Purpose: Preparing quotations, communication, date reservations and contract performance.

We guarantee that we will not sell your data. Data is shared only with:
- Potential Clients/Brands: Photos and measurements of approved models (without personal contact details).
- Data Processors: Hosting providers, accountants and retouchers under confidentiality agreements.
- Government Authorities: When required by law (Bulgarian National Revenue Agency, Ministry of Interior).
4 Data Retention Period
- Model Applicant Data: Up to 2 years from the application for future castings.
- Approved Model Portfolios: For the duration of the contractual relationship.
- Client Data (services): For the duration of the service and up to 5–10 years for accounting purposes.
5 & 6 Security & Your Rights
All data submitted through the site is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocol. As a data subject, you have the following basic rights:
